About me
I am an AuDHD person-centred counsellor supporting autistic and ADHD adults, particularly those who are late-diagnosed, self-identifying, or exploring whether they may be neurodivergent.
Many of the people I work with have spent years masking, feeling misunderstood, or trying to adapt to environments that were not designed for neurodivergent minds. I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can begin unmasking safely, exploring your neurodivergent identity, and making sense of your experiences at your own pace.
Ways of Working
My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, meaning therapy is led by you and focused on what feels most important in your life. Alongside neurodivergence, I support clients with neurodivergent burnout, childhood trauma, domestic abuse, workplace challenges, and life transitions such as menopause, which can affect neurodivergent people in unique ways.
As someone who is AuDHD myself, I bring both lived understanding and professional training to my work.
