About me

I am passionate about empowering neurodivergent individuals to understand their unique brains and develop the coping skills they need to thrive. I recognise that every person is truly unique, and my coaching approach is always personalised focusing on each individual’s strengths, challenges, and goals. My aim is to provide practical understanding, tools, and support that create real, meaningful change in daily life.

I am an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and I hold a BA (Hons) in Psychology along with a Postgraduate Certificate in Autism. Over the past 25 years, I have dedicated my career to supporting neurodivergent individuals across a wide range of settings. My experience includes working with Autism Hampshire, supporting young people on a CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service) ward, and working with adults within private mental health hospitals and specialist eating disorder services. I have also developed neurodivergent pathways within private mental health practices, ensuring that support is accessible, informed, and genuinely person-centred.

I provide a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space where you can reflect, gain understanding, and find acceptance. My aim is to empower you to understand yourself, meet your personal goals and needs in a way that feels authentic and achievable.

I offer individual coaching as well as parent support and family sessions, creating a holistic approach that considers the needs of the whole system around you.

I use a strengths-based approach that supports you to recognise and actualise your unique potential. My practice is grounded in over 25 years of experience working with children, young people, and adults across diverse settings, enabling me to offer informed, compassionate, and personalised support.
