About me

I’m Ben, the founder of Flourishing Health. I offer one-to-one ADHD coaching, career coaching, workshops and AI training, helping neurodivergent people develop practical ways to navigate challenges in their working and personal lives.

Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful and experienced, but find that things which seem straightforward to other people can take an enormous amount of effort. They may struggle with getting started, managing competing priorities, remembering things, keeping on top of administration or maintaining their energy without becoming overwhelmed.

My approach is to understand what is happening for each person, rather than assuming that the same strategies will work for everyone.

I believe that coaching should be collaborative, practical and grounded in the person’s own experience. It’s about finding ways of working that make sense for them, building on their strengths and developing strategies they can actually use in everyday life.

I am particularly interested in how technology, including AI tools, can help neurodivergent people reduce some of the demands on their executive functioning and create more space for the things that matter to them.

Through Flourishing Health, I also help people explore Access to Work funding for coaching and other support that may help them in their jobs.

I offer one-to-one ADHD coaching, career coaching, workshops and AI training, working with neurodivergent individuals and organisations.

My coaching is delivered online and tailored to the individual. We start by exploring what you would like help with, what is currently difficult and what you have already tried. From there, we work together to identify practical approaches that fit your circumstances, preferences and goals.

Coaching sessions might involve understanding a particular difficulty, working through a current challenge, experimenting with a new strategy or finding ways to use technology to make a task easier.

My career coaching supports people who want to explore their working lives, navigate career-related challenges or think through their next steps.

Through workshops and AI training, I also help people explore practical approaches and tools that they can apply in their work and everyday lives.

I aim to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can think things through openly, without feeling that you need to present yourself in a particular way.

The focus is on making meaningful changes that are manageable and sustainable for you.

I support people with a range of challenges associated with ADHD, autism and executive functioning, including:
