Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Scheduled Aspire Online Courses, i.e. those advertised on the Aspire Autism Consultancy Website
If ever we need to cancel our training due to the illness or unforeseen circumstances of the trainers, Aspire Autism Training offer the following contingency plan: –
- If a trainer is ill, or due to unforeseen circumstances is unable to run the course on scheduled date, we will endeavour to cover the training by another suitably qualified person from within our team. If it is not possible to find a ‘stand-in’/replacement trainer, we will offer an alternative course date. However, if the customer prefers, we can provide them with a full refund for any fee they have already paid.
- If you, as an individual delegate, or an organisationally funded “individual delegate”, cancel after booking onto one of our scheduled training courses, Aspire Autism Training operate the following policy:
- For our 4-module courses we would deduct £100 and reimburse you with the remainder of your payment, provided that your cancellation is received in writing by email to aspiretraining2015@gmail.com, a minimum of 21 days prior the scheduled training event.
- If, after this cancellation period has expired, you find you are unable to attend, we would not be able to refund your payment. However, at the discretion of our directors, if the reason for cancellation is deemed unavoidable, we would credit you with the sum paid, subject to the usual deduction of £100. This credit note may then be used as part, or full payment for another Aspire Autism Training course, provided this is used within 12 months of the original event booked.
- For our 1.5 hour evening CPD Forum events, or evening seminars, when cancelling a booking with more than 14 days’ notice, 50% of the fee would non-refundable. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event, the total amount is non-refundable

However, if cancellations are received after this period the following will apply:
