- What you can expect if you engage with an ADHD coach.
- How to choose the right coach and explore funding options.
We’ll also give you a chance to experience a guided self-reflective thinking exercise to give you a taste of the reflective thinking involved in coaching. If you are considering training to become an ADHD coach, we’ll help you get started with exploring your options.

About Lynne:
Lynne is a neurodiversity trainer and an ICF-credentialed coach (PCC) specialising in working with autistic and ADHD adults. She recognises the wide variance in how people think, perceive, and express themselves, and promotes understanding, appreciation, and self-acceptance of differences.
Lynne is also on the faculty of Gold Mind Academy, an ADHD coach training organisation. As part of a neurodiverse family, she discovered her own ADHD later in life and brings personal and professional insights to her work.
About Jen:
Jen is an ICF-accredited coach specialising in supporting adults with ADHD. After discovering her own ADHD later in life, she embarked on a journey to re-author her self-perception and understanding of her Neurodivergent brain. This personal experience informs her empathetic coaching approach.
Through her coaching, Jen supports others to deepen their understanding of ADHD and its impact on all aspects of daily life. Exploring strategies to leverage strengths, navigate challenges with greater ease, and foster a sense of self-acceptance and ultimately, thrive.
Jen's specialist training with Gold Mind Academy equips her to coach with techniques tailored to the ADHD experience, with a neuroafirming approach.
