About me

I am an Integrative and Humanistic trained Neurodivergent Psychotherapist and have been in private practice for the past 2 and half years. I work with a range of individuals, specifically with ADHD and Autism. My clients may be newly diagnosed, going through the process of diagnosis, or have a feeling that they may be neurodivergent.

I work by allowing space and time for you to explore your internal world by acting as a guide, to help you find clarity and understanding of yourself and help to explore ways to navigate life. I understand the feeling of difference, and how that can affect the feeling of belonging and fitting in. Our therapy sessions together will help you in exploring your feelings and responses when it comes to navigating relationships and everyday life. I use a range of tools, including teaching somatic awareness, nervous system regulation tips and techniques, psychoeducation, worksheets, diagrams, you tube videos etc.

I feel Neurodivergence can present in various ways and can come with a whole host of challenges, including feelings of being misunderstood, communication struggles, isolation, anxiety, trauma, burnout, depression, and low self-esteem.

Ways of Working

I offer a safe and non-judgemental space, to explore and learn about one self. Being Neurodivergent myself, I understand the road to diagnosis, and the challenges this can present. I also believe there to be many wonderful aspects and gifts of being Neurodivergent, along with heightened levels of sensitivity.
